It's my first diary entry, and I am sure that phrase is one of the first phrases that everyone makes when they come on here or something like this.
So a little background. I live in Alberta in a little one horse town doing a training thing for work. It's hell. The job is crazy easy but this town is straight out of the 50s. I feel like an outcast here. I love love love asian food and Asian culture, but if I mention anything like that here they all regard me like I am abnormal, since this is a very caucasian town and since I am blonde I should act it and love my meat and potatoes, esp since I am in the middle of farm land AB. So in the paper I notice a little article about how we should all write 100-400 letter to oppose same sex marriages, which was a crazy. I come from a town which is a lot more liberal and has a lot more young people here, but it's funny how close minded people are here... sigh.
