Hi, I am seriously thinking of upgrading to gold, but I don't think anyone reads so it would be a waste... hmm we'll see.
So anyhow I was in the shower this morning and doing my normal morning haze of weird thoughts and remembered this:
Scene.... couch in one of my many domiciles when I was in uni, watching the Matrix, on DVD, it was te first time I'd seen the movie.
Inside my head me (IMHM): hmm Keanu Reeves, go Ted go!
ouside my head me (OMHM): I've never seen this before
Misc. geeky loser, friend of roommate: WHAT you've never seen this?
OMHM: nope
Mis. geek: I've seen it 12 times, 8 times in the theatre and this will be my 4th time on DVD
Other geek: I've seen it 26 times, 11 times at the movies
IMHM: OMG these people freak me out. they need to get somekind of life.
Other geek: follow the white rabbit
Me: glancing at him
Other geek: You're Trinity? The Trinity?
Me: confused look at him
Other geek: Red pill blue pill blah blah blah.
Me: dirty look
Other geek: this is the Matrix it's a computer program blah blah blah
Me: evil glare
Other geek: Neo's fighting Morphius
Other geek... STANDING, air fighting, over exaggerating the come here Morphius hand movement.
Me: evil look of imminent death.
Other geek: sitting, resuming recitial of movie.
Me: sitting across the room, swearing never to date a geek.
So needless to say my first expereince with the Matrix wasn't great, and FYI it's the ONLY movie Adam owns, but he wouldn't recite it, and I have way more balls now and I would tell him to shut it.
